Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Shreejan Associates Creative Agency provides:

Specific deliverables will be agreed upon in the project proposal or communication.

2. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment of 30–50% is required to confirm the project
Final Payment: Remaining payment is due before the final delivery of assets
Additional Costs: Additional costs (travel, rentals, props, models, etc.) must be paid by the client.
Late payments may incur charges.
No refunds are issued once pre-production or editing work has begun.

3. Revisions

Standard terms include:

Standard Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions
Extra Revisions: Extra revisions are billed separately
Post-Approval Changes: Revisions requested after final approval will be charged additionally

4. Timelines

We may share data with:

Client Approvals: Delivery timelines depend on client approvals and timely submission of required materials
Client Delays: Delays caused by the client will extend the timeline
External Factors: We are not responsible for delays caused by technical failures, weather, or unforeseen issues

5. Ownership & Licensing

Raw Files: All raw photos, raw videos, project working files, and 3Dsource files remain the property of Shreejan Associates Creative Agency. Raw files can be provided at an additional fee
Final Deliverables: The client receives a nonexclusive, usage license to use the final delivered assets for the agreed purpose. Usage beyond the agreed platforms or campaigns must be discussed and approved
Portfolio Usage: We may request permission to use project outputs for portfolio and promotional use. If the client declines, they must inform us in writing

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

Provide accurate and timely inputs, brand materials, product samples, approvals, and references
Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
Secure permissions for locations, models, and copyrighted elements
Make timely payments

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

Exceptions apply for work approved for portfolio use.

8. Cancellations

Client Cancellation Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable.
Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Cancellations of scheduled shoots within 48hours of the scheduled time may incur additional charges.

Agency Cancellation Policy

In the event that Shreejan Associates Creative Agency initiates a cancellation, all unspent payments will be fully refunded to the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Client Delays:

Client Delays: We bear no responsibility for losses arising directly from client-induced delays.
Misuse of Final Assets: No liability is assumed for any unauthorized or improper use of the final deliverables.
Indirect or Consequential Damages: We are not accountable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred.
Third-Party Vendor Issues: Responsibility is disclaimed for issues originating from the services or products of third-party vendors or independent contractors.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.

11. Acceptance

By using our services or confirming a project with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
